If you are going to be moving overseas, Movers International is the company you need. We can move you down the road, or we can move you to the other side of the world. We undertake a lot of removals to Europe – in particular Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, and Malta, all countries to which British citizens like to move to when they retire, often for the better weather. Let’s be honest: the last few winters in the UK have been pretty dreadful, so the thought of sitting in the sun having a picnic or playing a round or two of golf in January and February can be very appealing.
Indeed, we undertake so many removals to Spain that we have our own depots in Alicante and Malaga, but if you are moving to a remote Spanish location we can still get you there: we just need to know that access to your new home is down narrow streets so that we can use the correct size of van.

Our expert packers will take note of all your belongings and pack everything accordingly so that nothing moves about on the journey. However, you can pack your own goods if you wish, and we can supply you with all the necessary materials.

If you are moving to Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, or anywhere else, we have the expertise to assist you and ensure a move which is free from stress. We know only too well the worries that moving to a foreign country can cause, especially if you are not yet fully familiar with the language and customs. Our job is to make certain that everything arrives at your new home in exactly the same condition that it was in when you left the UK.

We can supply you with a full 20 feet or 40 feet container depending on your requirements. If you only have a small amount to move it can be housed in a shared container. Moreover, if your new home is not quite ready we provide a month’s free storage of your goods here at our Preston depot. This can be very useful if you are buying a second home abroad and you buy furniture here and need somewhere to keep it safe until your holiday home is ready. Everything is stored in large wooden containers which are dry and pest-free.
