Lancaster is a very large city in Lancashire which has a population of 145,000. It has a cathedral, a university, and a castle, and sits on the River Lune, inland from Morecambe Bay. It also has Roman baths which were discovered in 1812 at the junction of Bridge Lane and Church Street. Our King, Charles III, is also the Duke of Lancaster.
