At Movers International we undertake removals to France and house removals to Spain every week. Our friendly team of planners, packers, and movers has over 30 years of experience in moving to both countries, and we move so many people to Spain that we have opened two depots of our own there, in Malaga and Alicante. Our team members have all been trained through the British Association of Removers Training Services so are highly qualified to handle your belongings in a safe and secure manner so that everything arrives at the other end in the same condition as it left the UK.
If you are moving furniture to Spain, we have a couple of options for you which are ideal if you have had to leave your own home here and your new home in Spain is not quite ready. First, we will store your furniture and belongings safely and securely here in Preston for up to four weeks at no charge, while you stay with relatives or in a hotel. If you are buying new furniture, you can also have it delivered to our Preston depot before onward shipping to Spain.
Alternatively, we can store your furniture at one of our two depots in Alicante or Malaga until your new home is ready to move into. This takes all the worry off moving when there is a delay between the time you leave home here and moving into your Spanish home.
Some of our customers who are retiring to Spain have moved to some of the most remote locations. This is no problem. Just tell us before we start that access is difficult and we will transfer everything over to small vans which can get you to where you need to be.
We also run a weekly service to Spain and to France which are ideal if you only need to move a small load. We can combine it with another load or even another two or three part-loads which will save all of you money on your removal.
If you wish to pack your own belongings, we can supply you with quality packaging materials. We only ever use the best packaging materials because although they cost a few pennies more, it massively reduces the chances of anything getting damaged in transit. Alternatively, our expert packing team will pack for you using their skills to ensure that everything is safe and cannot move about on the journey.
